| Сдаю 1ком. квартиру в Голицыно, Виндавский пр. д.36 (7 минут пешком от платформы). От Москвы ехать 25 минут. В квартире есть все необходимое - кухонный гарнитур, вся бытовая техника современная, стол, стулья, СУС в плитке до потолка, пол ламинат, двухспальный диван, софа, комод, тумба, металлическая дверь, балкон, домофон. Интернет подключен. Светлая солнечная и чистая квартира. Никаких посторонних запахов. Район развитый - все есть и все рядом - школа, дет сад, банк, почта, ресторан, салон красоты, фитнес, торговый центр, пятерочка, дикси, поликлиника, сауна, банкоматы, дет. площадки и т д. 22 000 р.
